Paula Naydel Quick is the founder of Quick Works Wellness, LLC / Quickscents Aromatherapie, a mind, body, spirit lifestyle company, specializing in helping clients relax and maximize their potential.  Having worked for major corporations for 30 years in management positions, she has an intimate understanding of the challenges and concerns facing today's workforce. She also is a caregiver and understands those concerns, too.

A Certified Life Coach, Paula holds certifications in Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Feng Shui , Emotional Freedom and Healing and Christian Life Coaching.  She has a B.A. degree in Journalism from New York University.  Paula is a Licensed Facilitator for "The Seven Strategies for Success" personal transformation program and is a  contributing writer for  "Average Girl" Magazine.
